I am a recent graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Technical Communication, where I focused on UX, website design, and technical and operational writing. My education emphasized user-centered design, clear content strategy, and accessible communication—skills I’m excited to bring into practice through technical writing and UX design.

Throughout my coursework, I worked on real-world projects that required research, information architecture, and the creation of user-focused content across digital platforms. I’ve developed a strong foundation in UX principles, content design, and web usability, and I’m confident in my ability to create clear, functional experiences for users.

Before earning my degree, I spent over a decade in a technical and highly regulated industry. While my background is in insurance underwriting, the heart of that work was communication—explaining complex processes, solving customer issues, and creating documentation that made difficult topics easier to understand. This experience gave me valuable insight into user needs and the importance of clarity, which now directly informs my work in digital communication.

This portfolio highlights the skills and strategies I’ve developed through my education and showcases the kind of thoughtful, user-first content I’m passionate about creating.

Content Strategy & Design
I create smart, scalable content strategies paired with clean, compelling design. Whether you're launching a site or refreshing your brand, I ensure your content looks good, reads well, and works hard for your goals.

Technical & Operational Writing
I turn complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation that gets results. My writing supports efficiency, reduces confusion, and helps teams move forward with confidence.

UX Design & Analytics
I design intuitive digital experiences that make sense to users—and back it all up with data. From wireframes to user flows, I build with purpose, then use analytics to refine and improve based on real user behavior.
