Well-documented closing procedures are critical to maintaining safety, compliance, and operational readiness in a medical transport company. In this project, I developed an operational guide outlining the steps required to securely and efficiently close operations at the end of each shift.

This process highlighted the crucial role that clear, precise documentation plays in high-stakes environments, where every detail matters. By creating a streamlined set of instructions, the guide not only minimizes risk but also ensures that the company maintains consistent, high-quality service, improving patient care and reliability.
